Russo Seamless Gutter replaced my old white gutters and installed new gutters for me. I went with black seamless gutters. From contacting them online to installation, the entire process was seamless and quick. The price they gave me and the work they did was outstanding. We had gutters put up on our recently purchased home. An earlier appt became available so they contacted me and came sooner than expected. Wow - hit all the basics out of the park which has not been my experience with other vendors since purchasing the home. They did a great job, did it efficiently, added some length at the bottom of the downspouts at my request, cleaned up everything. I was impressed. And a special shout out to Jerry (gave me the quote) for filling me in on things i needed to know.Russo was a great price for a great value. Everything was better than I hoped. The gutters were put up in September and have had no issues which is great considering the wet fall and harsh winter.I can't recommend them enough.And it was great to write a good review, the next two vendors i am going to review were epic fails.

The contact from the beginning was great. Got and estimate, schedule a time and they came. However the crew that came to my house never announced themselves, they put a ladder to my roof and started blowing the leaves. I came out and asked if they were removing the protection from the gutters and they said yes...they did unscrew it at the corner but 2 min later when i came out they were gone. Not even a word. To just go on a roof and blow leaves out, its not gutter cleaning, my husband would of done it. We were looking to have the gutters cleaned properly since they haven't been cleaned more than 4 years.Very disappointed, with all the good reviews i really thought i was getting a good service.

The Russo Representative showed up, climbed up on our roof and cleaned the gutters. It looked like he used a leaf blower but not sure. He never attempted to announce he was here or explain what he was going to do or how he was going to do it. There was also a lot of back and forth as to how i was going to pay even though I used Russo to install my gutters and promptly paid on that. Russo did a great job installing the gutters. They may have done a great job cleaning the gutters but I won't know until the next hard rain.Follow up: after my review I was contacted by a Russo representative and sent photos of the work that was done. Great customer service follow up!

Work was done very nicely, however is appears a member of the crew broke the glass cover outside my screen room entrance. The worker removed the large pieces of glass but left shards of glass on the walkway. More importantly, the worker did not advise me or his crew chief of this mishap. I did not appreciate this bit of unprofessionalism.

My particular project was a little complicated due to how it was to be financed. However everyone I worked with from Russo got right on whatever was needed. From James who handled initial contact. Can’t call him a sales man as he didn’t sell me anything. He guided what I wanted done in the right direction. Then when his guys showed for the actual work!!! They got right down to the hard stuff and got it done. Cliff ,Tony and Shane did the bulk of the job. And I can’t speak highly enough of the awesome work they did!! We never contracted with Russo because their pricing was extraordinarily high. I did call back to let them know we had chosen another contractor and their quote was miraculously reduced by $5,000. Imagine that.Our neighbor DID use Russo for a similar job and the workers were very unprofessional. The small job also took a LOT longer than necessary.Glad we chose another contractor.

Russo was quick and efficient. Have a ranch with approx 100' sttaight run in back which they replaced. Great job. I also asked them to clean front and secure - some sections were loose impeding water flow and causing overflow in those sections. They cleaned, and SAID they made sure anchors and gutter screws were in place. Shortly thereafter hard rain and still got overflow, which continues to this day. I paid approx $200 on front for what amounted to a 10 minute cleaning and still hanging gutters. In retrospect, I should have replaced the front too but was trying to save $$. Still recommend though.

cleaning my gutters consisted of a guy using a leaf blower. Period. When I asked how the leaders and downspouts get cleaned, I was told they throw a small rock down? And what about the elbows? Same! A friend of mine referred me to Russo Seamless Gutter after having a great experience with them. My friend used them for new gutter installation as did I. I have been using them for the past 3 years to Clean and Maintain my gutters. Recently I found out they do more then just Gutters. We are planning to finish our basement...Russo will certainly be invited to provide us with an estimate.

Rating is 0 stars. Fast talking sales person , came late- no apologies. No call prior to coming to say he’s coming late. He did not respond to follow up question about quotes. Called company to choose option and was ready to go—- NO CALL BACK!!!!!!!!They are expensive and have NO Follow UP CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Just had Gutters clean. What polite young men arrived at my door! They explained anything I had a question or concern about. Always a pleasure to have work done by Russo Gutters. I have used their services for years. Always gutter clean out and a roof on last house. Almost looking forward to new roof on this house, except for money it will cost. Meanwhile I will have them maintain the gutters.

I have been a long standing customer of Russo Seamless Gutters. I spoke to Ed last week to have my house power washed and the front outside gutters cleaned because of black stains. Today Wed 9/16/2015 at 12:20 in the afternoon I get a call from Ed of Russo to confirm the work for tomorrow. While on the phone he tells me they will not clean the outside gutters because it is Time Consuming!!!! Well what am I paying 450.00 for only 3 sides of the house to be power washed and the front section of gutter to be cleaned.... No more I have another company coming today > I guess Russo is to Big now. Very poor customer Service. Now remember I'm not a new customer!!!! I have used Russo 4 times for power washing and other work, plus I have recommended Russo to my neighbors and friends... NO MORE!! Hire them with caution.. P.S. The New company I called arrived at 2:30 PM on 9/16/2015 and will clean all of my gutters and Power wash the Entire House for 245.00 . Russo is in it for the Bucks, Not the Same company I knew 8 years ago.... Remember Beware before going with Russo!!!!!

Very happy with our service, will definately use them again. We had two other companies give us much higher estimates, and it turned out those included work we didn't need. Another plus, Russo presented their cerificate of insurance without being asked to do so!
